This is a consulting engagement. The Cloud Engineering Day delivers senior advisory, assessment, design and recommendations — not guaranteed implementation or delivery of work. Any actual implementation, remediation or build work is scoped and agreed with you prior to commencing, so you know exactly what will be delivered before the day begins.

The standard $1,500 Engineering Day does not include:
- Third-party licensing or software costs
- Azure consumption charges
- Microsoft licensing
- Hardware or equipment
- Major application development
- Large-scale migration projects
- Extensive discovery or assessment engagements
- 24/7 support
- Ongoing managed services
- Work requiring multiple engineering days without prior agreement
Additional engineering days can be scheduled where required.
To ensure the Engineering Day is productive, the customer must provide:
Customer requirements
- Clearly defined technical objective
- Appropriate access to the required Azure/Microsoft 365 environment
- Required administrative permissions
- Existing architecture/documentation where available
- Relevant technical information and dependencies
- Access to required systems during the scheduled engagement
Scope
The Engineering Day is intended for one clearly defined technical objective or a small group of closely related tasks. Examples:
- "Configure Azure Private Endpoint connectivity for our application."
- "Review and optimise our Azure VM environment."
- "Implement Conditional Access baseline policies."
- "Troubleshoot our Azure networking issue."
- "Deploy an Azure Landing Zone component using Terraform."
The final scope will be agreed before the engineering day begins.
Deliverables
At the completion of the engagement, you receive:

- Configuration / implementation summary
- Technical recommendations
- Outstanding issues or risks
- Recommended next steps
Where appropriate, CloudDeployr can also provide architecture diagrams, configuration documentation or Infrastructure-as-Code artefacts.
Before we start
For larger or more complex requirements, CloudDeployr may recommend a Cloud Assessment or Discovery session first. This helps establish the environment, requirements, dependencies and estimated effort before implementation begins.
